Maciej Majda
I’m a seasoned legal counsel with hands-on experience across a wide range of legal fields. I launched my career in top law firms in Łódź and Warsaw before moving in-house to support capital companies from the inside.

Izabela Ostojska
I am a legal counsel with many years of experience, specializing in corporate law. My practice focuses on company formation, transformations, mergers and demergers, transfers of organized parts of enterprises, company sales, and liquidations.
I have successfully conducted numerous court proceedings concerning the invalidation or annulment of corporate resolutions. I also have extensive experience in real estate law, having advised and represented developers in transactions and disputes. This includes drafting and reviewing real estate agreements — including development contracts — and protecting developers’ interests in litigation.
Another area of my expertise is advertising law.
I draft and review contracts, including those in English, and represent clients in civil litigation — including matters involving damages, division of assets, dissolution of co-ownership, family law, and commercial disputes.
My legal career has been shaped by working at law firms in Łódź as well as serving as in-house counsel at a nationwide joint-stock company.
I build strong client relationships based on mutual trust and a shared focus on achieving clear, practical outcomes. I believe that most legal issues can be resolved efficiently without court intervention — and I always encourage this path where possible.
